Hi! I just started playing and I cant get past level 3. My task is to play "Look under the straw (hay)" and when I play the game it comes up with an error code saying I cannot redeem my prizes or I was cheating, which Im not. It also does not count me playing the game towards my level progress. Is there anything I can do? Thank you in advance!
